Colostomion men wins the Fitness Model Competition

Blake Beckford to show his achievements as a bodybuilder. Having decided to become a male model for fitness magazines, on Nov. 2 Blake won the men's competition fitness models.

The father of a child becoming the first winner in the category of male transformastion in Pure Elite Ebent in Winter Gardens, Kent. Blake admitted that he was very proud to win the competition, he can inspire many people.

"I hope to make other people who also have the enough serious illness to remain outstanding. Although a lot of people doubted us, we know the capacity ourselves," said blake quoted from the website blakebeckford.co.uk, Tuesday (11/11 / 2014).

Not only as a champion, Blake was also nominated as the best four of 20 participants tattooed muscle models category and the best 5 of the 40 participants of fitness models under 75 kg. Blake said, to achieve his goal, he had to fight for 10 years. Yes, in 2003, Blake was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis affecting the intestines. Therefore, he had to bury his dream to become a bodybuilder.

Until the year 2012, Blake always felt tired and he suffered severe diarrhea, up to 20 times a day. In October, Blake asked to do operation. Not wanting to give up, Blake asked the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford to do a sub-totoal colectomy in which the entire colon of Blake should be removed. He also had a colostomy bag (stoma) in the abdomen to collect his waste residual absorbing rocess.

"In November, I went to the hospital weighing 66 pounds. I had to get used to getting along with others using a bag in my stomach. At that time I began to practice physical though doctors warned hernia danger," said Blake.

He did a gym routine by adjusting the diet for a year, Blake managed to form a muscular and stocky body. His weight is also up from 66 kg to 84 kg now. After starting her career as a model and a personal trainee, Blake decided to join a modeling competition.

"One year I proved fruitless struggle. If I have to use a colostomy bag , I could pursue my dream, I am sure you are exposed to serious diseases such as I was able to achieve what you want," said Blake.

Currently, Blake is preparing himself to follow the Pure Elite event and  Miami Pro Competition in the UK in April next year.
