Los Angeles, United States Federal Court recently rejected a request that the adult film industry called for regulations requiring porn actors to wear condoms while running a movie scene revoked. Industry parties argued that the obligation to wear a condom violate their rights of speech and expression.
Porn film producers complain that contraceptives are seen by the camera make the most of their customers lost his lust. Contraception is said to remind them of the concerns such as pregnancy and disease.
However, the argument is ignored by the court. The main purpose of these regulations are initially created precisely to prevent this and to promote a healthy sex.
"Whatever the unique message to be conveyed by the applicant describe unprotected sex, adult films audience may not understand the message," said the trial judge, Susan P Graber, as quoted by the BBC on Thursday (12/18/2014).
Regulation is already in force since 2012 is known as Measure B. Los Angeles Government enforces regulations that require the use of condoms during sex scenes recorded and also check all the actors for sexually transmitted diseases.
Regulation is supported by the Foundation for AIDS which claimed the rule to protect all actors and actresses from HIV / AIDS.
While the critics of Measure B say since the regulations in force, the number of pornographic films produced drastically reduced from 500 films per year in 2012 to just 40 films a year later.
